I Built a Buzz AI Agent Team for YouTube

We graded the ClearMud YouTube-team tape. The pipeline is real. The first thumbnail is not. Receipts inside.

ClearmudWatch on YouTube

TLDR. Watch it. Sour and Spicy research, you pick one of three ideas, Muddy files the card, Sweet is still in school. He leaves the half hour of QA on tape and puts the prompts on a resources page. Steal the stops. Do not steal the first output.

Worth Your Time

What's actually being done

Look, he tags the YouTube team on a real title, How to connect Buzz to OpenClaw, and lets the thread run. Sour and Spicy do turn one as three ideas. He picks one. They write the package. Muddy writes the calendar card. Sweet is new and he says so. He is not using the thumbnails yet. He will make ten himself and hand them back as references.

The useful part is the stops. Validate the idea. Do not assume the install is a connection. He does not read the script on camera. He uses the package for title, description, tags, and a hook. Then a title field fails to migrate and he writes the bug into the pipeline while the tape is still rolling.

The Good

Here's the thing. I wanted a prompt pack. What I got was a man sitting with his own shop:

  • One human gate. Three ideas. He picks one. Then they run. That is a collaboration, not a slot machine.
  • Say the new seat is not ready. Sweet is on the team and the thumbnails are generic. He shows his own versions. That is training, not a miracle.
  • Leave the hour on tape. Half an hour of QA. A dark mode flip. A missed title. A pipeline that is not a first draft.
  • Do not read the script. The package is for posting. The voice is still his. Faceless channels can automate. He will not.
  • A pointer, not a register. clearmud.ai/resources. Free prompts. He tells you to make them yours.

The Bullshit

Copy-paste prompts at the end. He also says never trust a copy-paste prompt. Both can be true. Only one can be the closer.

You should never just rely on a copy paste a prompt from a prompt library or a newsletter or a school membership or any of that or a YouTube video for that matter. Then he sent you to a resources page. Take them. Change them. That sentence has to do the work.

You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't install Buzz today. A nudge. Not a sale. Still a nudge.

The Contradictions

  • Promised a copy-paste team. Then said a copy-paste team will not work.
  • Built the pipeline so he would not watch it for an hour. Filmed himself watching it for an hour.
  • Sweet is in the demo and not in production. Honest. Also why the ending looks unfinished.

The Grades

Marcelo, host: 8.1. Marcelo ran the job he came to teach. Live team, one human gate, a miss he fixed on camera, prompts on a free page. That is an 8. The miss is the closer fighting the lesson. Steal the stops. Change the prompts. Do not wait for Sweet.

Kill shotHe said do not trust a copy-paste prompt. Then he gave you a page of them.
