I can't believe it was this simple

We graded the ClearMud Grok Bot CLI tape. The routing rule is real. The prompt is a screenshot. Receipts inside.

ClearmudWatch on YouTube

TLDR. Watch it. Name the bot. Point it at Claude or Codex in the CLI. Take a receipt. That is the whole trick. Do not watch it for a line-by-line install. He told you to screenshot the prompt.

Worth Your Time

What's actually being done

Look, Marcelo opens the desk while the work is still moving. Two pinned chiefs, Claude and Codex. Sky is on a YouTube script front end. An Electron Mac app is in flight. An n8n clone is not ready and he says so. Grok 4.6 gets its own aside so you do not confuse it with the harness trick.

The rule is three sentences. You name a Grok Bot. You tell it to operate only out of Claude CLI or Codex CLI. It writes a receipt so the next pass can continue. Then he puts the master prompt on screen and points at clearmud.ai/resources. Short. That is the point.

The Good

Here's the thing. I wanted a stack tour. What I got was a routing rule:

  • One job per harness. Claude researches, wires, and draws. Codex takes the heavy repo. Name the lane or watch them fight.
  • A receipt is the handoff. The bot does not vanish into the CLI. It comes back with a slip so the next pass can see the work. That is how a shop stays open overnight.
  • Show the live desk. Messages moving while he talks. Claude still working. Codex talking back. A demo that is not a slide.
  • Say what is not ready. The n8n clone is not ready. Grok 4.6 is a different pile. He keeps those off the trick he came to teach.
  • Credit the room. He says an OG in the community handed him the workaround. The lightbulb was not his. That is rarer than another master prompt.

The Bullshit

The title is a gasp. I can't believe it was this simple. Then he does not walk the prompt. He tells you to screenshot it.

I'm not going to walk through this line for line, but what I am going to show you here is uh what you can see here, this is a master prompt. Just screenshot this point in the videoA how-to that will not read the how. The resources page is the prompt. That is a pointer, not a checkout.

Drop a comment and I will make you a custom video. That is a comment queue, not a lesson. Fine at the end. The resources page is a pointer, not a register.

The Contradictions

  • Came to show you how to set it up. Then told you to screenshot the setup.
  • Claude is the researcher. Codex is the codebase. Then both are just Grok Bots with a pasted prompt. The specialness is the instruction, not the name.
  • Not an AI expert. Building in public. Also shipping an Electron app, a script pipeline, and an n8n clone in the same cold open.

The Grades

Marcelo, host: 7.5. Marcelo ran a short shop tape. Live bots, a three-step rule, a limit he named, a credit he did not keep. That is why this clears 7. The miss is the walkthrough he promised and then skipped. Steal the routing rule. Open the resources page if you need the prompt. Leave the gasp in the title.

Kill shotHe called it simple. Then he told you to screenshot the prompt.
