What's actually being done
Look, he opens a real X desk. Researcher, creative, drafter, each with its own routine. Then a comparison he actually drew: Hermes is a brain, OpenClaw is an orchestrator you host, Buzz is Slack, Grok Bot is a teammate whose laptop is never yours. He names the tax. You do not pick the model. The data lives on their cloud PC. The install asked for a card even though Super Grok was already paid.

The Good
Here's the thing. I wanted another coronation. What I got was a map:
- Name what each tool is. Brain. Orchestrator. Room. Teammate with a PC. That is clearer than a winner.
- Name the tax. You do not own the harness. You do not pick the model. The machine is theirs. He says that out loud.
- Team chat cannot save a routine. They have to go back to the one-on-one to write the cron. A miss you can use tomorrow.
- Leave the blank recording in. Two seconds of a new tab. No clicks. That is a shop tape.

The Bullshit
He promised he does not do this. Then Buzz was gamechanging. Then Grok was even easier. Then both were gamechanging again.
I'm not the type of person to say every new thing is insane. They bring simplicity and seamlessness to AI agents.That is the disclaimer people say right before they say insane.
You are Elon Musk. A costume for a demo. Fine as a toy. It is not a use case.
The Contradictions
- Said he is not the type to call every new thing insane. Called two tools gamechanging in the same cold open.
- Self-hosted first. Then Grok Bot earned a seat because the laptop can close. Both can be true. The tape still sells the close.
- Uploaded the day after a careful Grok vs Fable bake-off. This tape says do not sleep on Grokbot.
